Kyhmba Johnson was extremely professional and courteous from the moment he rang my door bell. He was was knowledgeable and informative about the the removal of my undesirable little friends. Kyhmba explained everything to me and had a lot of patience. (Not that I ever wanted an education about rat removal- lol)
I felt like he treated my home like his own! Not to mention he has a very pleasant personality which all equate to your company having a top notch employee!

Informational, Friendly, and Thorough.

I had Terminix come out for a first time pest control spray which had to be broken up into two different visits because of rain (the couldn’t spray outside). The gentleman who game our was very helpful and even though his second visit was only to spray the outside of the house he checked the mouse bait boxes. Each day I was given a time range for them to come out and spray and he was came within the first house of that range.

I don’t live in the house the sprayed yet but based on my initial experience I would already say they provided a better quality job than some of the other major pest control brands you could use. So far I would recommend them to anyone in need of pest control. I will update this review if this changes any with time.

My technician is amazing. He always addresses any concerns I have and he will come back as often as needed to get rid of problem pests. He understands and knows what to do. I like that the treatment is mainly outside and it takes care of the pests. Inside treatment is only done if I have a specific issue that needs treated. The communication is great. I am always reminded of an upcoming service and can let my technician know if I have something inside that needs addressed. I am also alerted the day of treatment when he is on his way and when service has started and is completed. I feel the cost of the service is a good value.
