The Crossroads at Downtown Boca

We have been looking for a place to live for 3 months now, and I have been at The Crossroads more than 3 times on these past time.Every time that I was there, Ricky treated me with so much happiness and kindness. We helped me a lot, answered all the questions that I had, showed me several apartments, until I choose one. After the 3 months searching, I can say that this place is really good price wise, location wise, and quality wise as well!! Thank you so much Ricky and team for this exceptional experience!

Don’t waste your time here.

Terina, the leasing manager, is great, and honestly she has been the one thing that has been amazing here, she needs a promotion. However, if your thinking of moving here please think twice, when I first moved in I was never shown the apartment prior only the online layout (another leasing manager was here at the time) and on the day of move in the floor plan that was online was COMPLETELY different than what I got, didn’t match at all, so last minute I had to sign another lease for a different apartment that I didnt want, that was 300 dollars more. When I got there the closet doors were both broken, the bathroom towel hanger was ripped off the wall, and the left side of the sink didnt work until 1 month before my lease ended. This place is so over priced, laundry is around 4 bucks to wash and dry just 1 load and it’s just NOT worth it, worst apartment complex I have ever lived in and I will never move back here again. Worst mistake of my life.

So glad I made the right choice. This is a great community. Management is the best which is very hard to find. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking. Great location, within walking distance to everything.

I have lived in the community for 3 years and I wouldn’t want to raise my family anywhere else. It is quiet and calm and a friendly family environment. Kera the property manager is friendly and professional and makes sure that if there is a need that it is then care of promptly. I highly recommend making this your next home !!!!
