Iv been looking for a good barbershop in palm beach county For years. I stumbled upon this shop referred by a friend. Iv never been to a barbershop where every single barber was on point. You could randomly select any barber and know your getting exactly what you expect. I personally go to Carlos. He knows my hair and my style. Most importantly he treats me like family. Only barbershop I’ll ever go to.

I’ve had two other experiences with this shop that were good, but today they lost my business. I set up an 8am appointment last night through there booking platform. I got there at 8am and waited 45 minutes with no one showing up or even informing me they were behind schedule. I will give them the benefit of the doubt, but this is highly unprofessional when your store hours all say 8am daily. It’s been a couple hours and no one has returned my call about what happened. When they did show up before and the shop was open, the hair cut and beard trim were good. I would just not book an appointment expecting to be taken anywhere near your scheduled time
