The Learning Experience – Boca Raton

HIGHLY UNETHICAL. In January I reserved a spot for my son to start day care September 1st in Boca Raton FL. We didn’t go on the first day, but I called TLE to let them know I was going to bring my son the next day. To my surprise, the manager was not able to find my son’s file but said it was ok for him to come. I submitted all the paperwork along with the payment for the month. The next day I brought my son. The transfer itself was the worst experience. But long story short, every time I called to check on my son I could hear him cry and the teacher confirmed it…. I guess nobody cared to distract him…I could not leave my son any longer in that environment and went to pick him up. I told the manager that I will not bring my son and asked for a refund because he was there for less than 4 hours. The manager said they had to move someone else and I would be refunded for two weeks only… How come if they even were not aware that my son would be on September 1st? Now is almost 3 months passed and I still didn’t get my refund, not even the two weeks refund. $1600 for 4 hours is too much. I called Boca TLE and they keep promising to refund and get back to me, but there was no call from them. I don’t care what type of level of education you provide, but if my kid is stressed out at your day care you are worthless.

I over love this place. The staff is so caring and attentive to the students. My son was 19 months when he started and even within a month of him starting I saw the difference in him recognizing letters and singing the alphabet song. He loves his teachers and they are very welcoming when we arrive. I love the updates throughout the day. It helps me to understand his schedule and exactly everything what my child is doing throughout the day. The daily pictures are an added bonus!

Ms. Nikki was very warm when we came for the tour. She did an amazing job showing us around to the different classes and explaining what sets TLE apart from other schools.

I highly recommend TLE. It’s the start your child needs to give them a leg up once they start school. I love this place!

My almost 3 year old son has been coming since he was 1-1/2. We love all the teachers and he loves coming to school and shower the teachers with love. It’s pretty evident that the teachers care so much about the students because it clearly shows on their faces and when they kiss and hug the teachers back. He learns so much and is having fun too. Cannot be any more happier with my decision to choose this school!

I cannot say enough about The Learning Experience . The staff is always friendly and professional. A well run operation. They go above and beyond to inspire and motivate the children. I , as a grandparent ,personally attended one of the events that they had planned. The Community Trucks Event. What dedication from the staff to facilitate the gathering of the local community trucks. My grandson was delighted to see the Fire Truck and Police vehicles. They even had a Water Truck with technicians that demonstrated the water release. It was not only a fun event, but very informative. Highly recommend The Learning Experience !

My children have gone to the learning experience for over a year and they absolutely love it! Personally, I Have been extremely satisfied with both the administrative staff and the teachers.

They are a bit more expensive than some other preschools we looked into; however, I certainly feel the children are in a safe, healthy, and productive learning environment And would rather spend the extra tuition money on a place that I have absolutely no complaints about.

In addition, as to home family, The staff has extra sensitivity to each and every situation and I truly appreciate them!
