The Village at Boca East

Looks like there’s a lot of fake reviews on here.
All I can say is, notice how many likes the one star reviews have. The 1 star reviews already posted here sum it up perfectly.

Moved in a few weeks ago and it was such an easy process the staff is great and super helpful. Got approved really quickly

Made an appointment to tour the property. No one was there when I arrived at the appointment time. Had tried calling over 5 times during the day to try to confirm and no answer.

I have lived here for over 2 years and have not had any issues. It is close to everything I need and whenever I have had emergencies they always come and take care of the issue. Great maintenance and staff!

I have lived here for over a year and I love the location! Management has made improvements and continue to do so anytime I need anything done they are very attentive. It’s very calm and close to everything I need. Would definitely recommend!
