The Yard University Apartments

I’ve had a great experience here! It’s been a dog friendly place for them to play as well.

Very nice living conditions. Everything was clean when I moved in, and getting set up was very easy. Any questions I had were easily answered. Would highly recommend choosing this location for off campus housing.

It may be my first day here but I am already in love with The Yard University Apartments. The people working at The Yard are truly amazing and very eager to help. The apartments are also breathtaking to look at. If you are looking for a place to live then I would definitely recommend The Yard University Apartments.

First off, I want to start by saying Julia was so helpful. Whenever I needed her help she was always there. She always responded so fast. The apartment complex is so beautiful. They did an incredible job designing it. It’s beautiful both inside and outside. It was also very clean which is especially important during this covid time.

Just signed lease. Haven’t moved in yet but very excited! Great location and helpful office/staff! Leasing process was very easy, took a couple of days on my end (but realistically could be completed in one if you’re prepared.) The whole time the property manager, Julia, handled my application with care and answered every question I could have, very efficiently might as add, the whole time. Office number is call or text so it was very convenient when needing to talk to a rep. I received a notifying text from Julia, when documents are received and sent, along with the next steps to be completed. Very close to FAU (walking distance) great deal for the amenities you are getting (fully furnished,) and near stores and great places to eat.
