This Tide Cleaners did do a great job on my clothing. A little expensive but I think worth the valet service on-site or free pick-up and delivery. I had an issue with a professional rug cleaning that they had to have sent out. However, Randy Nystrom did everything to make sure it was resolved. I really appreciate the personal care she took despite managing multiple locations in the area.

I’ve been visiting this location for a year and since have seen the customer service deteriorate. The old staff was prompt, professional and courteous, now when I pull up I always have to go inside to pick or drop something off, not one employee comes up and asks how can they help. There to busy goofing off and talking with one another to even pay attention. Many times this has happened is when I’m the only customer there, so it’s not like there busy.

The staff are wonderful. Always cheerful. I am always greeted quickly with a smiling face. Told to have a great day and even offered chocolate on the way out the door. This is very rare in this day and age so it’s worth noting and worth the time to write a review. Keep up the good work! Management of Tide Dry Cleaner’s in Boca Raton, bravo.
