Do NOT hire Troy @ Tile Installation PRO…We needed to have our balcony fixed for a leak. Troy came and “claimed” the he knew where the leak was so he charged us to “fix” the leak. “Fixing” included taking up all of the tile on the balcony then re-waterproofing and laying new tile down. After a full demolition and renovation, the next day it rained, the exact same leak was still present. Troy did not fix anything.

On top of this, Troy was EXTREMELY LATE to work every day. We would have a 10am appointment and he would not show up until hours later and It was impossible to get ahold of him. Very unprofessional and I will NEVER use his services again.
