Tires Plus

Showed up at 9am, 5 people in line and nobody behind the desk. 5 mins later the guy comes back in and pays zero attention to the customers standing in front of him and begins answering phones. Stood in line so long that my uber canceled on me which I was charged for. Finally get to the desk and then he tells me even with a appointment that it will take “all day” to mount and balance two tires?! When i called to make the appointment I was told I’d be “in and out and we’d have the car back to you well before 3pm”. Much different story when I showed up.

This TiresPlus location used to be awesome, very fast and competent, great customer service, and very well ran. Now it is the polar opposite and I will definitely be taking my business somewhere else.

Pricey but efficient. Constantly trying to upsell good you though. tactics but i only needed a tire change.

I have had two flats in the past week. Yesterday I went to Tire Kingdom across the street from Tires Plus where I had my flat fixed and had a poor experience. Well once again they were going to be difficult. I got on Google looking for another alternative and found Tires Plus happened to be across the street form Tire kingdom.

What a difference one call and they said come right over and they would patch my tire for $21. All three people I dealt with were courteous and the took the car right away while we went for a walk. 45 minutes later the man who worked on it was checking the air in all four tires and there were no surprises on the bill.

Calling around in Boca Raton to get a flat fixed is quite an experience as the prices and aggravation levels are a sight to behold. So rather than leave my car overnight at Tire Kingdom we were on our way at Tires Plus. Cross the street and get get good service at Tires Plus.

Customer service was decent however I did not get my all my wheel nuts back! I went back and they said that I must have not had all of them on the car when I dropped it off! Unreal! So after talking to the manager, now I have to purchase a whole new set! Don’t trust the company to take care of something that they mess up!

Go see Piere. Very professional. No pressure sales guy here! I called three places around. They had my rare tire size in stock at a fair price. Got it installed the same afternoon. Had a great deal on lifetime wheel alignment too.
