TLC is an awesome company to work for. I was employed with the Orlando division for 2 years and I never had one negative experience during my hiring process. My recruiter at the time was very upfront with the expectations of the job, my immediate supervisor provided ample and adequate training to assist with career succession, and the benefits specialist is the best in town! TLC is a busy company with lots of exciting projects on the horizon, they want you to learn and grow! The people at TLC are their biggest asset their second to none. It was a very hard decision to part ways.

TLC Engineering does not cut any corners! They had great communication every step of the way and go above and beyond during the interview process. Will continue to recommend them to any and all friends and family.

One of the worst experiences when is time to hire the people Amy the person who works in human resources told me I was the right candidate for the job position next I had an interview over the phone with a senior engineer following all the process and steps they ask me to follow the engineer told me I was going to get an interview face to face in the next days telling me also that I was the right candidate for the job that there was a training team and that someone will be calling me soon I receive an email from Amy next day friday and saying if early in the week was a good time for the interview? and I reply yes perfect! i never got a response back honestly i dont know who is in charge of these decisions but who ever it is needs to take a course of how to deal with this situations playing with peoples time this shows the lack of communication and commitment with the others in the culture of the company feels like discrimination.
