Tomasso’s Pizza & Subs

Have been ordering from tomassos for over a year. Atleast 3 times a week. Always tip the delivery driver good. Several times I have ordered a large sub for delivery and they have always done it and been nice. This time I try to order the same order I have several times successfully, and am told it doesn’t meet the delivery minimum because it’s not “worth it” for the driver. I live 5 minutes away. I offered to tip $6 on a 10$ sub if they would fulfill the order as they have many times in the past. This time they refused. Plenty of other Italian places around and they just lost my business. Try mama sues they have great customer service to loyal customers.

Slice of pizza is huge, good flavor. However, the cheese steak has no flavor. Was not impressed.
Tasted like hoot cardboard. Told the waiter, cashier, or whatever his job description was. Waited few min to see if someone would even inquire about it, but nothing…guess they didn’t care.

Im all about supporting family owned businesses, but at least acknowledge an issue when received.

Had two slices of cheese pizza here great great pizza tasted like New York style Italian pizza that was friendly attentive and again the pizza was delicious if you ever up in broke up by the sample road I want a good slice of pizza or pizza pie this is the place to go

Best cauliflower pizza ever. Quick stop on way back to Orlando. Wanted to eat but not fast food. Great decision! Friendly staff!!
