Tommy Bahama

Very nice store and helpful staff.

I have been shopping at this location for several years. I really like Tommy Bahama products, Andy have many pairs of pants, shirts, & jackets in my clothing. The staff is always friendly and helpful. However, I was disappointed recently to have a wonderful young lady sell me $500 worth of clothes and when I explained I had a pair of jeans that look like they failed asked me to come back they would take care of me. These pants had pockets and belt loops failing attachments on all sides. The pants were nine months old. I carry nothing large in my pockets and because of all points failing you could tell it was a defective piece of fabric. When I returned to exchange the pants the manager intevened and said it had been too long and they would have a taylor reinforce it was the best they could do. In all my years of buying these products I’ve never had a failure. In no way did I anticipate if I ever did the company would not stand behind the products but instead stand behind their policies.
Word of warning to everyone maybe look at other brands if you intend to wear jeans more than a year 🙂

I had a product that I purchased about four months ago. They were defective. Although the store did not have to do anything to fix the problem they offered to exchange the pants at no charge. I really appreciate the professionalism of the entire staff. Especially Kendra

Super chill people work there! they’re super nice w/ friendly service of course a great product! what else can one say!
