I can’t brag enough about the customer service i received today. Literally called 5 people and told them about Priscilla and how AMAZING she was to me.
I couldn’t even remember the name of the perfume for my mom’s b-day but my girl Priscilla came through with not just the perfume, but the whole holiday collection!
Let’s not even begin to talk about how she went above and beyond to make sure it was delivered to my job the same day! I didn’t even know she was the manager until I called Joseph (her boss) to brag about her. It’s sooooo refreshing to know that things were made so much easier from me in such trying times. She saved me a trip to the store and a walk around the mall to look for another gift. Now i have a whole set!!!!!

I opened a Christmas gift from this store on the morning of Christmas to a purse that had scratches all over the front of the nearly $500 purse and my BF assured me that the seller at the store said it was “normal”. When I called to discuss exchanges they were of no help and I had to call 7 times before I got a CSR or even a voicemail. I want to be grateful for the gift because it’s the thought that counts, but my boyfriend was clearly taken advantage of. His gift receipt was given a short expiration date and they gave him a gift card for being a first time shopper that he couldn’t give to anyone before Christmas without ruining the surprise. How can I get help? I might just return to TB and buy from Nordstrom (Daniel was the associate who helped Zach)
