Yeah…So I just called the number on google and the lady was soooo rude! I needed my cat rescued but I would never send her here with that nasty lady that answered the phone. HORRIBLE customer service!! I would never trust these people to take care of my animal with how she literally answered the phone sounded as if she was annoyed and hated her job or her life.
