Non responsive. Terrible Property management company.

My customer recently went to drop off an application to their office. The girl at the yelled at the customer and made her take the entire file back saying there is no way the file was complete, even though she did not even bother to look if anything was missing. The customer was not allowed to leave the file and had to come back the next day, with the same file, nothing added, and then they finally took it. A few days later, when the customer called and had a question for the property manager, she was told (rudely) that she cannot leave any messages and to call back later. When you are charging $200 for an application, you may want to treat your customers a bit nicer. There are hundreds of property management companies around. As past VP & president of 3 different HOAs and a real estate broker for the past 20 years, I have had my share of dealing with property management firms. This one here is near the top of my “NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM IF POSSIBLE” list.
