Extremely unprofessional agency. Emily in the Florida region is extremely cruel and nasty. She sent me a very nasty email a few years ( I still have it). She is a condescending money hungry shark, maybe worse than a scamming car salesman. She does not care about nurses or what you have going on in your life, or even the position she May put you in. Another downside the operator doesn’t pick up calls on purpose.. just a horrible experience. There are thousands of agencies with better incentives and better people. Don’t waste your valued effort and time with trustaff especially the Boca Raton region.

This company seemed very suspicious to begin. I still Applied and received an email. Everything seemed fine. The intent is for them to place you in facilities that need immediate demand for a period of time. I received a call from someone the next day saying they would help with placing me somewhere in my state and from there it was chaos! He kept telling me someone is going to call me for an interview For 2 weeks and I NEVER Received a call and it’s going on 3 weeks now. Then they sent an email forcing me to go out of state for other tech positions. Steer clear from these people. Not too sure about nursing but for surgical tech stay away & find a job yourself or find a reliable contract agency.
