They’re crooks. They charged my brother, who has Alzheimer’s, a $599 “application” fee before he ever completed or signed an application to engage their services. We have repeatedly contacted them to get a refund, including writing letters to the company president, and have heard nothing in response. If I could give negative stars, I would. Since I can’t, all I can say is RUN IN ANOTHER DIRECTION and DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TRUSTED(???) DEBT SOLUTIONS.

On the first day, the representative was very polite trying to help. On the fourth day, I found out that I can do the process for free, so I asked for a refund. I sent a letter requesting full refund to their office in Boca Raton, FL and apparently is empty. Yes, the place is empty at 152 NW 16th St, Boca Raton, FL 33432. I live very close by to Boca Raton, FL. I decided to go to their place on the 14th day that has passed since I asked for a refund. Now, when I asked for a refund on the fourth day some lady named Adriana supposedly the manager said that they will investigate and then process the refund on that Friday. The fourth day was a Monday which I also sent a refund request letter. That letter was received on Tuesday signed by another lady named Cristina Carrillo. Since that 14th day I have called no answer went to where they are located no one is there. At the place there is no tables no chairs, it is an empty suite. I left a voicemail and no call. Lucky I paid with my credit card and I am protected by this type of scams. Yes, it is a scam. If you go to a place where they say they are located and it is deserted and no one picks up the phone to answer, IT’S A SCAM… Remember at first they will be polite pick up the phone if you have any questions, but when you ask for refund they won’t pick up your phone calls after. You’ll be left in limbo with them.

I had a very good experience with Trusted Debt Solutions. I was able to redo my school loans and they lowered my payment and the amount of debt that I owed, which is so helpful because I will probably be retiring in 2016 and will not be bringing in as much money. Thank you so much for your help. I greatly appreciate it!
