This provider keeps sending people to help me a disabled man 64 who needs help with cleaning and laundry. Last worker Beverly lied right to my face then leaves vacumn not used garbage left laundry left in washer. Caught her lies an she left.Everyone sent just wants to sit and chat on phone or text.

I am very satisfied with the services my father receives. From the first day that Lianne Oberto helped me, her service was excellent, she helped me a lot, She gave me guidance because I was very disoriented. The service of the HHA Yadira Hernandez spectacular. I am in my work calm because I know that my father is well taken care of. I do not regret having chosen this companyTrusted Home Care. SUCH A BAD SERVICE. First of all, the Palm Beach Senior Coordinator Eliane, is very rude, some times she acts like she doesn’t care at all. I understand that her position may be stressful but for sure we don’t deserve be treated like a street dog. They are always making excuses to give preference to their ‘friends’ instead of trying to find a way or a solution to what the elder in need really is trying to achieve to make their environment more comfortable, and when I say that, I mean that some times they give preference to the “friends” over the hard worker employees, the ones who go there to work. Not the ones who spent the work time over the phone or sit on a chair. I heard the administrator is a gentle and kind lady but definitely her staff or at list some of them are not.

My account got hacked which is why these people have a 1 star review but I would give them a 20 out of 10 that is how good they are they have great job opportunities
