If I could give a 0 star, I would! I have been deceived by a sales representative named Dennis Palacios! He lied about the years of the contract and the service as well, besides that , he let someone else signed the contract, which does not read or speak English well, and did not even asked for an ID of the business owner. When I called him to discussed what he did , he acted very unprofessional and started to mocking about the situation. I called the district sales manager as well, and he was very unprofessional as well and hung up on me!!!!! How can a supervisor hang up on a customer? Wow! This is the type of service that Tyco gives to their customers. What about the 800 number? Just forget it! They don’t even know what they are doing! Horrible customer service! If I have to go against of this employee Dennis Palacios for inveracity, I will!
Just stay away from this company and their employees!

If it could give it NO stars I would. Horrible customer service. Impossible to get through to the 800 number and when you do they hang up on you.

Poor customer service delivered by Margo and her customer relations team today. The entire communication system within the company is maddening. If a customer needs to get in touch with a department they are being told is they only one they can speak to, they should be able to ACTUALLY SPEAK TO THEM!

bad service, it took a month for a technician to come (we have problems in 4 doors) calling almost every day so we can have someone to help us, when the technician finally comes to tell us that our system is very old (so where is the maintenance that Tyco says it has) well the sensors were bad 3 of them but the technician”” is saying that he needs to order new ones because he don’t have any and that needs to come back when he gets them a week or two he didn’t know! do you think this is professional?
