HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I have been trying to contact them for 2 weeks about my medication and no one ever answers the phone.

No one answers the phone at the Boca Raton location . You get transferred to Miami always . Impossible to talk to a person to verify if your doctor got your test result. Terrible service!

Been a patient of head of neurology for the past 4 years, in this time he has blindly prescribed me on full bottles of medication, aswell as when i ask him about the medication he has no idea what it does, nor the side effects, it takes me 1.5 years (not an exaggeration) every time i have a medical problem, if you have medical problems and want to he helped not made worse to be put on more meds, SEE ANOTHER DOCTOR! This doctors office should be shut down by the state and has multiple hard marks with better buisness beru and department of health, RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
