Dave and his team built a large addition on to our family home for my parents. He really made the whole process easy and on a budget. I couldn’t be happier with the end result.

This company did a whole house renovation for my husband and me a year and a half ago. I found them to be very easy to deal with. They helped us with the design and provided good ideas for the new layout of the house. They were very honest about the proposed costs and budget. Any big renovation is complex. There are always unanticipated problems when renovating a 50 year old house. Dave and his team were good about coming to us right away when these problems arose (termite damage, roof issues, HVAC issues). They reviewed additional costs and options when this happened. All permits and building codes were observed during renovation so as to not cause us problems with the city or with any future re-sale we may have on the house. Ultimate Environments complied with all building codes and we passed all inspections with no delays there. They were excellent about showing us the costs as we made our payments (initial deposit, middle of project, and final payment, plus change orders along the way). We couldn’t be happier with the end result!
