Today I met with Harold and Kyle, I had issues that needed to be resolve and both of them were excellent, they explain everything step by step and they show me how everything works and what i need to do to save more energy. They took their time and make sure I understood everything before we were done with our meeting. I give these guys a 5 star review for sure.

I went with Urban Solar because my Father was one of the first Urban Solar customers many years ago and he has been extremely happy. So i received a quote from Andrew and went over the proposal. He was not pushy at all and really explained how it all works. He even answered many questions. Then after we signed the agreement Monica handled my project. She helped out with all my questions. I highly recommend Urban Solar

We went live with our solar panels on January 7, 2021. Cassandra Hart was out project manager. She did a great job of keeping me informed and updated. I am very hands on, and needed to know every detail of how it was all going, and Cassandra and our salesman Andrew came through brilliantly! I had 7 estimates, did a lot of research, and Urban Solar came through with the best price, excellent products, and they followed through on everything that was written into the contract. Installation went according to schedule. And most importantly, our first full month’s bill with FP&L showed zero kWh used, and we banked almost 500 kWh for the following months! Great job, Cassie and all!

Urban Solar was a pleasure to work with. They delivered on everything they promised. Their workers were very professional, friendly, organized and always made sure that they cleaned up thoroughly. Urban Solar did whatever it took for me to be completely satisfied. I highly recommend them.
UPDATE 1-13-21: I now have my solar system up for almost two years. Urban Solar has provided excellent support for the system and have done everything they promised. They are continuing to do whatever it takes for me to be completely satisfied. Solar is a big commitment. It’s great to use a company that stand by their promises. I trust Urban Solar. I am typically not who you want to write a review about you. In fact, I had a real problem with the solar company that put on my panels originally. However, I am extremely happy I picked Urban Solar Group to re-install my solar after having a new roof installed. They explained what was, and what was not, going to happen, no surprises. And, I was so so so happy when they showed me how they attach mounts to the roof! That was when I started to think this might be a good company. I worked with Kyle through the entire re-installation process and he explained things clearly and kept things on schedule. This was such a great experience for me, truthfully I cannot say anything bad about these guys. Everything exceeded my expectations. There was an issue with some of the hardware (which they did not supply) and they helped me work through the warranty and made sure my system was restored to it’s top working state. Where the previous company had just cut off the sewer exhaust pipe, they installed a re-router so the exhaust did not constantly bubble up on the panels. They fixed some wiring issues left by the other company, and they answered all my questions. If you have a solar project I highly recommend Urban Solar Group.
