They have very bad customer service. every time i go there for help i get left waiting and no one helps or even approaches me

Not enough Staff, waited for a banker for a half an hour to get a temporary card after WF canceled my original with no call or warning prior which then caused me to be late coming back to work. This branch is a joke to say the least. With endless amounts of money they cant afford to hire a few more bankers. I am half tempted to withdraw every penny from all of my accts and place them elseware. My over all experience with wells fargo in the past 5 years has been unsavory.

I would give a -5 if I could your bankers are a failure. You guys fail the community with your lack of attention to your customers. One of you agents instead of doing her job grab my check from the line with my Debit card told me to wait in the lobby she came back with a receipt and just walk away. She never said anything about my balance or if my money was gonna be available. She just walk away. Now I cant pay my Bill’s and I’m gonna be charge for late payments again. First time was that your systems were down 2 weeks ago “not my fault” but I still had to pay late fees for your lack of attention. You guys wont pay me what you cost me on late fees so no you dont understand ” would you please tell your agents not to say that anymore? Let’s be honest they dont, they dont care and by saying this they actually makes it worse. You guys fail many people but are quick to charge when thing dont go your way how about when it doesnt go my way? Dear wellsFargo we dont need you around anymore there is better options around no need for direct deposit no need for bs saving accounts no need for minimum balance you guys policys are wack and outdated you lose me as a customer of over 10 years I’m closing my acc. Because honestly I dont need your high rate services at all. all the do is cost me money along the way so bye bye wells Fargo thank you for nothing

Great friendly service. The times I have gone through the drive thru friendly teller and always with a smile. Close to my job so my last minute stops lol very convenient for me.
