Fantastic neighborhood. Upscale, well kept, nice homes, friendly. This is a great place to live. The houses are all unique, not cookie cutter. It’s as un-Boca as it gets….in a good way.

Great location in Boca, this community offers a fabulous new clubhouse with exercise facility – also 3 tennis courts – basketball courts and a children’s playground.

Great place to live and feel safe.. the neighbors and residents are GREAT and friendly.. best thing are the front gate officers.. they are the BEST. always on point with great attitude. 24hr officers on duty rain or shine..
