Xpress tv repair

An absolute joke. The customer service is zero. We no longer needed the part and he ended insulting us saying that we were thieves. My advice to everyone please stay away from this company.

A crook. A scam. Wanted $45 when (the office) was running a “July 4th special” at $35. That’s what they said Lou. Lou today, gone tomorrow.

I hope this review along with the others will keep this guy out of business. Called this guy for a repair. He charged $35 dollars for the first visit. Then, he had to order a new part (supposedly) and come back later to replace it, which he did after a week or so. New part included a 1 year warranty. One week later, TV started with the same problem again, called the guy multiple times and didn’t answer. Called him from a different number and answered right away. Asked him why he would answer my calls he didn’t explain and just gave me a new appointment. New appointment day came, guy never showed up, and again didn’t answer my calls or text messages… Again, hopefully, anybody else that reads my review won’t make the mistake of calling this guy…

This guy provided FALSE Advertisement on Google. Its says on his AD FREE estimate and when you call, there is a fee to visit $35.00. He says GAS is too expensive. I called this Misleading Advertising.

I will never trust this guy. Just see his google Ads and call him to verify. And I decided to see his reviews and I am so thankful that I will never do business with this person.

Complete sham. Took my money and didn’t make the repair. They also operate under the xpress tv repair. I wish I could give them zero stars.
