Such a lovely Yoga Studio! Very good restorative yoga classes in the mornings. The instructors and owners are kind and knowledgeable. The studio is very clean! Love the infrared heated classes as well!

This is a fantastic Yoga studio. Very professional and peaceful environment. This studio it’s exactly what me and my wife where looking for . We encourage everyone to try their classes. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Great place for relaxation and learning.

This was one of the best yoga studios I’ve ever been to. I usually practice in NYC, and haven’t been able to go to classes because of COVID. Alicia is the most amazing teacher- her presence fills the room with warmth, kindness, and joy. Her energy was contagious and I left the class feeling not only relaxed, but ready to conquer the day. The class was also extremely COVID safe, with the mandatory wearing of masks and a limit as to how many people could attend. I felt safe, welcomed, and was so excited and happy to get back to doing what I love! Anyone who goes to this studio MUST take a class with Alicia!

Yoga Shama must be the most inviting, pristinely clean studio I’ve ever practiced at! The infrared heated classes, offer the perfect heated experience to help relax your muscles during your Tribe Flow!! Thank you for creating such a beautiful, welcoming studio! This was my fist hot yoga session and first time at Yoga Shama. The impressive facility is beautifully decorated with top of the line heating infrared technology and is immaculately clean. The yoga instructor was terrific, knowledgeable and caring; you leave feeling calm and relaxed. If you are looking for a friendly and positive atmosphere, this is IT!
