The general manager Bruno is very nice and friendly and he explains everything very good about the rules and the stations of machines and how to use the machines and he is always available to answer any questions you guys may have Babak. S

Place was clean, had wifi, not crowed, protected by local police, and they sell drinks as well as protein shakes; K00L $pot to work out n’ see pretty chicks ,-)

They make cancellation unnecessarily difficult. There is no legitimate reason to not allow cancellation over the phone and/or internet. It’s just shady b.s. to squeeze more money out of members. Just like continuing to bill people(myself included) while they were closed for months. They also raised my rate without notifying me.

Terrible service. I am going to immediately cancel the membership. Took money from the account during the Pandemic. When asked to freeze the account, they did not inform me about the 2month rule. Plus, I was notified on the call that I will be reimbursed when I resume. I only got know about the 2 month freeze rule when they again took money of out my account after 2 months. I called them again to freeze the account (for which now I had to go in or send a letter) and when asked for the refund(for the payments during the period the gym was closed), I was told they were ONLY processing refunds within first 3 months of reopening (for the payments during the period the gym was closed). Again a new rule, which I had no idea about. All in all, I never got reimbursed plus they took additional money from my account. This shows a lot about company and it ethics especially during such unprecedented times. I have been a client for almost 3 years now and it is terrible to be treated like this. Never coming back after today. I do not recommend this gym at all.

It is a great neighborhood gym facility and has all the equipment you could imagine with qualified instructors for your workouts. The price is great also.
