My favorite small gym since 2010.
The limited mirror space keeps away the vain fitspo Instagram posers & you’ll only find people there to put in the work.
The only reason it is 4 not 5 stars is because the sauna is usually out or order and the showers are freezing, unfortunately.
Staff are friendly yet aloof, just as you would expect to find in a gym. No one is pushy or fake-enthusiastic about “you goals”/their budget deadline.

Very frustrating policies that have made talking to a person over the phone there pretty much pointless. After getting charged for 3 months while the gym was shut down for covid, my account was frozen and my account was issued a 3 month credit…. I thought at least, several months later i realized they unfroze my account without telling me and then continued to change my account as normal without using the credit they issued. When i called to address this all they had to say is that i had to “request” to use my credit that’s on my account and that there is nothing they can do to refund the money they credited me, the only option is to stay a member and “request” to use the credit…

Stay away! they make it purposefully difficult to cancel your account or get ahold of someone that can actually help you with something. Some free weights would be a much better investment.

Charged my card when then gym wasn’t even opened. I let that go because of the pandemic. I couldn’t even reach anyone there when I did the only thing I could do was freeze my account. When they opened they hit my card with a price increase so I went there they charged me 10.00 to close my account

Very disappointed with the gym. The only way to cancel your membership is in person or by mail, which takes days. And if you don’t do it within 10 days before your next billing cycle, you know they’re still charging you for the entire month AND, in my case, an additional $52 “annual” gym fee when I’ve only been there for 2 months. Not to mention the $10 cancellation fee

Overall, just very scummy and the “rip them off for whatever we can get out of them” business model does not bode well for repeat/referral business. Definitely ruined any chance of coming back or trying them in the future. Wouldn’t recommend this gym to anyone.

Worst possible gym. Impossible to cancel a membership even when the place was closed. Small, packed in minimal equipment. Stay away from that purple and green barney the dinosaur hole. Unless you are trying to get sick!
