This was 1st and many more visits to come. The moment I first encounter Carmen was with my initial phone call to schedule an appointment. She was extremely nice and warm over the phone. My appointment was set and scheduled for 10/4 at 1 pm. When I walked in I was greeted by my first name and a smile by Carmen. She had this presence about her that wanted me to just hug her, but I didn’t want to come off as a weird customer lol. The energy in the environment was soothing. She was professional and knowledgeable. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. My facial and massage was amazing. My skin is literally glowing and super soft. She noticed I had a few little chin hairs and offered to wax them for me. I told her that the wax breaks me out. She immediately said, “oh no we don’t want that to happen I can just tweeze them”. She wasn’t persistent about the wax, but more so she genuinely cared about my skin and listened to what I had to say about the wax. I HIGHLY recommend Carmen and would give 10 stars if there was a such thing. I met her son Chris today who was also personable. They both were really nice to me and made me feel like a valued customer. Thanks again Carmen! You rock and I appreciate you!
