Disgusting in the pharmacy. My doctor called in xanax for me and because my insurance doesn’t cover their pharmacy they would not fill it for me. They claim they need to talk to my doctor first. I would pay cash for the drug. Why would my doctor care if I pay cash or go through insurance. None of CVS business. Stop playing god, and listen to the prescribing doctor.

The front of the store staff is just fine but the pharmacy had the worst, least compassionate staff I have ever experienced.

Terrible service in the pharmacy. The technicians are not friendly and are not very customer service orientated. The pharmacists are awful. It always takes at least two people to check you out or find your prescription.

I will say the staff at the checkout area is amazing. Perhaps they could train the back-end a bit better.

Perhaps will continue to shop for items but find another pharmacy in the area for my prescriptions

Minute Clinic: i was their on Wednesday which what I diagnose was send to the ER. The ER doctor told me they could clear diagnosis me their cause they already knew what I have and send me a prescription. Next time go to An urgent Care is way cheaper. The doctor at the er also said the minutes clinics always send them cases even thought they could just prescribe them their. So people go to the URGENT CARE first before coming here unless what you need is a bandit!!! They as well charge me full it amount even thought they basically just send me to the ER very disappointed!! The doctor almost gave a hearth attack i thought i was even going to go deaf and thats why she was sending me to the ER in which was 100% unnecessary!!!

The manager Lori is invaluable! I’m impressed with how she handled my complaint. I had a minor issue with a product yesterday and her response was consistent with integrity and honesty. As a result of that experience, I went back and purchased double the amount of the same product. I appreciate her help. Lori, thank you.
